Douglas chair new replacement swivel tilt mechanism with plastic insert. Is available as shown in a black finish. The seat mounting bolt pattern measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4". 2 Douglas swivel tilt mechanism and 2 Douglas small 1 3/4" plastic insert, or 2 Douglas large 2 3/8" plastic insert included. We recommend lubricating the parts with white lithium grease prior to installation.
