How long have you been in business? We have been in business since 1978 and are family owned and operated.
Do I pay sales tax? State and local sales tax is automatically charged for orders shipped into the state of Texas only.
Do you offer shipping outside the continentalUnited States? Dinette Online no longer offers shipping outside the contiguous United States.
How will my order ship? We will ship your order using the most reliable and safest shipping method possible.
When will my order arrive? Depending on the specifics of your order will determine how long it will take for your merchandise to be delivered. Customer will receive notification via email when the order is shipped out. In stock items usually are shipped out between 1-3 weeks and can take another 5-10 days for the freight company to deliver the merchandise to you. Special orders can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks to ship out and another 5-10 days for the freight company to deliver the merchandise to you.
Are your color samples (metal finishes, wood finishes and seat upholstery colors) displayed on your site accurate? We do our very best at Dinette Online to accurately display our finishes and chair seat upholstery with the highest quality photos possible. However, due to internet and computer factors that are out of our control we cannot guarantee the finishes and seat upholstery to be completely accurate. There might be variations in color from the finishes on our site to your finished product. Please keep this in mind when selecting colors.
Can I get a different size or shape table than the one shown with the chairs that I like? In many instances you can order a different size or shape table with the set of chairs that you would like to purchase. Please contact us if you would like to get a different size table with the chairs that you like.
What height bar stool do I need if my counter measures 36” from the floor to the top of the counter? You will need a 24” or 26” bar stool.
What height bar stool do I need if my bar measures 42” from the floor to the top of the bar? You will need a 30” bar stool.
Do you mail out fabric samples?
Yes, we can mail out up to five fabric samples. We charge $5.00 per sample. However, if you complete a furniture purchase from us within 30 days we will provide you with a full refund for the samples.
What happens if I receive my order and there are damages?
If your furniture arrives with damages we will either replace the part that is damaged, replace the entire unit, or send a professional out to repair the merchandise. In some cases which we deem as minor damage we may send the customer a color match touch up marker to touch up the furniture. It is solely up to our discretion to determine how to address any item that arrives with damages or defects.
