All sales are final on special orders. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges for all products manufactured by Chromcraft, Lloyd Flanders, Callee, Classic Rattan, Darafeev, Johnston Casuals and Wesley Allen. Returns to Dinette Online for items that are returnable will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus actual shipping costs from original shipment and return shipment. The customer will be responsible to repackage the merchandise in new condition using the original boxes. All claims for returns or exchanges will be denied if the original boxes are thrown away. Do not throw away the boxes unless Dinette Online authorizes you to do so. For items that are returnable, the customer must notify Dinette Online within 72 hours of order receival and we will set up the pick up. Do not return any item to Dinette Online or the furniture manufacturer without prior authorization. All items must be returned in new condition. If the merchandise is refused when delivered our standard return policy will apply.
All sales are final on special orders. Any item that is ordered in your choice of color or size and shape table is considered a special order. No returns or refunds will be given on special orders.
Chair Parts Returns
You can return replacement casters, swivel titl mechanisms and plastic inserts in new condtion within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following important details:
1. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for both the initial shipment and the return shipment, even if the initial shipment had free shipping.
2. Return Instructions: To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] to request a return. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Packaging: It is your responsibility to securely pack the parts in the same box or padded envelope you received. This ensures that the parts are protected during transit and arrive in the same condition as when you received them.
4. Shipping: You will need to ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc.) of your choice and pay for postage. Apply the new shipping label directly on top of the old one. All returns will be shipped to Dinette Online to the address below.

5. Tracking Information: Please email Dinette Online the tracking information to service@dinetteonline once your return is shipped out.
Refunds When your return is received and verified to be in new condition your original method of payment will be credited. Otherwise, we will mail you a check to your billing address.
Cancellations Customer has 24 hours to cancel an order without penalty to receive a full refund. If Dinette online is able to provide a refund after the 24 hour period the customer will be responsible for paying a 3% credit card processing fee.
Changes Customer has 24 hours to make changes to their order.
